Office Policies
As Electrolysis is a time based service, I rely on my clients to be punctual to their scheduled appointment time. If a client is late to their appointment, they will not be guaranteed the full time frame that was scheduled, however the fee will remain the full amount.
Cancellations or schedule adjustments must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows the time & space so that I may open my schedule up to other clients who may desire services in that time spot. You will be sent text or email reminders, ensuring that you don't forget your appointment.
There is a 50% fee for late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior) & a FULL PRICE fee for no show appointments. Appointments / services may be scheduled to continue, once this balance is paid in full.
If I must personally cancel for any reasons, clients will not be charged this fee to continue service.
Although electrolysis during pregnancy poses no known risks to the mother-to-be before the 3rd trimester, I do require a signed physician’s note to perform electrolysis on any pregnant women.
Hairy moles also require a signed physician’s note, as moles can be signs of underlying health concerns, which may need to be checked out by a professional regardless.
Thank you so much for reading & complying with the policies of my office. These are in place to protect my time, as well as other clients, who also rely on my business to run in a smooth & timely manner.
